The Honey Harbour Boat Club has a committment to the community of Honey Harbour and the region of Georgian Bay. Beyond support of emergency services and other charitable work of the club, its Members and Board of Directors are active in the community. We believe that our community is strongest when all associations and businesses thrive.

Honey Harbour Association – A Community group of cottagers and residents who work tirelessly to maintain the quality of life in our area as well as enhancing the cottage experience. Cognashene Cottagers Association – Representing the communal interests of the full and part -time cottagers/residents in their area. All the information anyone can ask for regarding the Cognashene community!
Georgian Bay Association – This group has a mandate to work with our water-based communities and other stakeholders to ensure the careful stewardship of the greater Georgian Bay environment.

YMCA Camp Kitchikewana – “Kitchi” has been delivering great camp experiences for decades to boys and girls ages 6-16. The Honey Harbour Boat Club is proud to be the launching pad for all staff and excited campers!
London YMCA Camp Queen Elizabeth – Located on the rocky shores of Beausoleil Island in Georgian Bay Islands National Park, YMCA Camp Queen Elizabeth (CQE) continues to be a leader in providing quality camping experiences for youth in a positive, supportive environment. Central to our program philosophy is the belief that living in a group in an outdoor community creates an environment that allows youth to develop the four core values: Respect, Responsibility, Caring and Honesty
Honey Harbour Towne Centre (Food Land) – Less than a kilometre from the docks of HHBC, the Towne Centre has a strong selection of grories and hardware including fresh produce and meat. There is also a terrific snack bar with hot food and ice cream. Click on the link for store information.
Located beside the Towne Centre is Elk’s Hideaway Bakery serving great fresh daily breads, baked treats and homemade pizza. They do not have a website but feel free to call them at 705- 756-2993. Try the cheese bread!
